KW Staging & Design is a full service home staging company that provides both design services and furniture and décor rental in the San Diego, Riverside and Orange County areas. We provide two different levels of staging for your home. The first is “Light Staging”. If your home is already furnished but needs to be streamlined, reconfigured or updated, light staging may be perfect for you. At KW Staging & Design, we use our proprietary “SAFE” philosophy to light stage your home:

• S (SYMETRY) – Arrange each room to provide a symmetrical balance with furnishing and décor.
• A (ACCESSORIES & DÉCOR) – Add Accessories and Décor to update the home.
• F (FLOW) – Provide a flow to the room that is both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.
• E (ENLARGE) – Enlarge the look of the room by moving and relocating furnishings.

Light staging is the most cost efficient way to stage your home and in one day can completely change the look and feel of your home to make it more attractive to your potential buyers.

If, however, your home has been vacated or is void or emptied of furniture and décor our “Full-Service Staging” may be just what you need. This premier staging service provides you with both design services and furniture and décor rentals to completely furnish and decorate the main living areas in your home which include your kitchen, formal and informal living rooms, informal and formal dining rooms, master bedroom and all of your bathrooms. We design these areas with stylish and tasteful furniture and décor that is best suited for the style of your home using our proprietary “SAFE” system of staging design.
